Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Africa Beyond Tours & Safaris. By booking a tour, safari, excursion, transfer, or any travel service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit and send you a written booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of your tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Prices
All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and include only the services specified in your itinerary. Prices may change before booking confirmation due to changes in park fees, taxes, fuel costs, exchange rates, or supplier charges.
3. Payments
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other payment method accepted by Africa Beyond Tours & Safaris. Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of hotels, airlines, lodges, national parks, and other suppliers. Any non-refundable fees or costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Changes to Bookings
Clients may request changes to confirmed bookings. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes, but additional charges may apply depending on availability and supplier policies.
6. Travel Documents
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccination certificates, and any other documents required for entry into Tanzania or other destinations included in their itinerary.
7. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, personal liability, and emergency evacuation is strongly recommended for all travellers.
8. Health and Safety
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations before travel. Participation in safari activities, trekking, wildlife viewing, and water-based excursions is at the traveller’s own risk.
9. Changes to Itineraries
Africa Beyond Tours & Safaris reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or activities due to weather conditions, road conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, wildlife movements, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to provide suitable alternatives of similar value whenever possible.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to provide services resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, disease outbreaks, government actions, strikes, political unrest, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
11. Liability
Africa Beyond Tours & Safaris acts as a tour operator coordinating services provided by hotels, lodges, airlines, transport providers, and other third parties. While we take reasonable care in selecting our partners, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for losses, injuries, delays, or expenses caused by events beyond our reasonable control or by third-party service providers.
12. Client Responsibilities
Travellers are expected to follow the instructions of guides and drivers, respect wildlife, local communities, park regulations, and fellow travellers. Any damage caused by a client to vehicles, accommodation, or property may be charged to the client.
13. Photography and Marketing
With your consent where required by law, photographs or videos taken during tours may be used by Africa Beyond Tours & Safaris for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your images to be used, please notify us before or during your trip.
14. Privacy
Personal information is collected and used only for the purpose of arranging and delivering your travel services. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tanzania, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
